1.Powder weighing is slow

Fault phenomenon：

The powder is weighed very slowly, the weighing time is more than 2 minutes and the normal weighing is within 20 seconds.

Cause Analysis :

The influencing factors are mainly the poor feeding of the horizontal cement silo of the concrete batching plant and the damage of the screw conveyor. The forms of poor weighing of powder materials are as follows : powder arching, material agglomeration at the discharge port of the cement silo, too small opening of the butterfly valve, and insufficient material in the powder silo. The damage of the screw conveyor is mainly due to the deformation of the spiral blade, which cannot be transported normally .

Treatment:

Open the air blow arch device; check the opening of the powder silo discharge butterfly valve and make the butterfly valve in the fully open position; check whether the material at the outlet of the powder silo is agglomerated; check whether the screw blade is deformed, if deformation occurs, remove it for correction or replace.

2.Aggregate conveyor belt of Concrete Batching Plant slips in rainy weather

Fault phenomenon：

On rainy days, the moisture in the aggregate and the exposed part of the belt are easy to be wet. The belt is wet, especially the inner ring is wet, which reduces the friction coefficient between the belt and the drive roller, so that the torque transmitted by the drum to the belt is reduced, the belt will slips when the torque is less than the torque required to convey the belt material.

Treatment :

Increase the weight of the belt tensioning device or tighten the belt adjusting screw to increase the positive pressure between the belt and the roller to achieve the friction between the driving roller and the belt; adjust the tension roller near the driving roller to increase the belt wrap angle on the drive roller, so to increase the friction; if the above method does not solve the problem, the anti-skid roller needs to be replaced.
