The cleaning of the concrete mixer of the concrete batching plant is an integral part of the maintenance of the entire station equipment. The selection of the cleaning time and the control of it also have certain rules to follow. How to control the cleaning time of the concrete batching plant?

The concrete mixer must be cleaned at least once during the working cycle. After the end of production every day, the concrete mixer of the mixing plant should be thoroughly cleaned. During the cleaning process, put the water and a little stone into the mixer and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes. After the cleaning, pay attention to remove all the materials in the machine. There must be no accumulated water or accumulated material. After shutdown, flush the pipe and remove the dust inside and outside the mixing tank and the adhering concrete. Under normal circumstances,JS1000 concrete mixer adds about 150 to 180 kg of water, and the other models can be increased or decreased according to this, and can also be cleaned by a high-pressure water gun.

When cleaning the mixer of a concrete batching plant,please note the following:

1.During the normal production of the concrete batching plant, the concrete solidification in the mixing tank and on the mixing shaft shall be periodically checked. If any solidifaction occurs, the artificial scraping shall be performed as required. Before manually cleaning the concrete mixing tank, it is necessary to cut off the power supply and air path, put a net amount of air, and lock the control room. When manually cleaning the mixing tank, violently tapping the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing blade is strictly prohibited.

2.When flushing the material gate of the concrete mixer, it should avoid the accumulated material under the upper flush to form a foreign material stuck gate phenomenon.During the mixing process, if the concrete transporter is not in place for a long time (over 20 to 30 minutes, especially in summer), water should be added to the mixer for easy cleaning.
