How to Determine the Maintenance of the Concrete Mixing Plant in Place 2018-08-31 15:25:28

1.Control room maintenance check

The control room is the base of the concrete mixing plant. It is equivalent to the human brain. The control room has electrical components such as IPC, display, console, power cabinet, etc., and the electrical components should be protected from water, dust and vibration. Therefore, entering the control room should first check whether the indoor environment is clean, orderly, whether the IPC is placed smoothly, whether the air switch in the power cabinet and the communication contactor terminal are fastened.


2.Concrete mixer maintenance check

The concrete mixer is the key component that undertakes to mix various weighing materials into the product concrete. Whether its maintenance is in place will directly affect the service life of the concrete batching plants.

1).Concrete mixer lubrication check

When the concrete mixer is working, check whether the grease pump wiper is working properly.

2).Check the grease pump pressure gauge value

Under normal circumstances, the working pressure is 10, if the pressure is lower than 10, the pump core of the grease pump may be blocked. If the pressure is higher than 60, the distribution valve may be blocked or the pipeline behind it may be blocked.

3).There is a spare grease fitting on each shaft end

Press the top bead of the grease fitting with your fingernail. If there is grease, it will prove that the shaft end is lubricated in place. Otherwise, the shaft end lubrication is not in place.

4).In the automatic production state

The manual handle of the concrete mixer discharge door should be in the retracted direction, and the ball valve is in the middle position. The two manual change screw plugs should be fully tightened to avoid premature damage of the hand oil pump.

5).The gearbox of the concrete mixer should be refueled and oil changed in time.

Check if the gear oil is sufficient, and be sure to check the oil level of the oil finder.

6).Check if the gearbox has the appearance of oil leakage

The leakage of the gearbox of the mixer is the input and output shaft seals and the oil temperature sensor.

7).The mixing shaft and the mixing blade should be cleaned every working cycle to avoid the material coagulation and hooping the shaft.

3.Belt conveyor maintenance check

The belt conveyor is the component that carries the aggregates from the batcher to the concrete mixer. If the maintenance is not in place, it will cause premature wear of the belt and the support rollers.


4.Weighing system maintenance check

Whether the maintenance of the weighing system is good or not will directly affect the measurement accuracy, and accuracy of the measurement will affect the properties of the concrete , so the maintenance of the metering system is crucial.


5. The pneumatic system maintenance check

The pneumatic system is a special function system of the concrete plant. It is mainly composed of air compressor, air storage tank, three connector, solenoid valve, cylinder, etc., so the maintenance methods are also different.

1).Air compressor maintenance

The air compressor is a base component that supplies power to the pneumatic system. It is equivalent to the human heart, so its maintenance is extremely important. Every shift should check whether the air compressor oil is sufficient, the general oil level should be above the red line of the oil finder; At least two times of water should be placed in the air compressor tank for each shift; Weekly check whether the air filter of the air compressor is blocked.

2).Air storage tank maintenance

At least two times of water should be placed per shift; check whether the safety valve can be properly relieved every day.

3).Three connector maintenance

The filter element of the water air separator should be cleaned once a month. If the filter element is clogged, there will be no water drop in the cup; also check the inside of the oil mister.

4).Cylinders and solenoid valves maintenance

Use a small screw or key, press and hold the manual button of the corresponding cylinder solenoid valve to check whether the cylinder action is smooth and powerful, and not stuck. If there is a stuck, it is necessary to check whether the cylinder and solenoid valve lubrication is in place, and whether the cylinder has internal leakage.


6.The liquid supply system maintenance check

1).Water pump maintenance

2).Additive pump maintenance

3)Check whether the pipeline of the waterway system is leakage


7.Screw conveyor maintenance inspection

1).The gear oil level of the screw conveyor reducer should be above the red line of the finder, and the reducer should work without noise and abnormal noise.

2).If the cement powder silo is not used, the manual butterfly valve of the discharge port should be closed to prevent the powder from entering the screw machine.
