However, any kind of machinery and equipment will inevitably encounter some emergencies in the process of operation, including power failure,electric leakage, damage to parts, etc.. For large-scale equipment such as concrete mixing plants,electric leakage phenomenon also occurs. Once the problem arises, how should it be solved?

1.Determine whether the line is indeed leaking electricity.

You can use the megohmmeter to measure the value of the insulation resistance of the line, or connect an ammeter to the main switch. Without opening the equipment, switch on all the equipment of the concrete mixing plant. If the ammeter pointer swings, it indicates that the line is leaking electricity.

2.Determine whether there is a electric leakage between the phase line and the zero line, or leakage between the phase line and the ground, or both.

The method of judgment is to cut off the zero line. If the ammeter indicates the same, it is the leakage between the phase line and the ground; if the ammeter indicates zero, it is the leakage between the phase line and the zero line; if the ammeter indication becomes smaller but not zero, then expressing both.

3.Determine the electric leakage range.

Remove the shunt fuse or pull open the knife-switch, if the ammeter indicates the same, it is the total line leakage; if the ammeter indicates zero, it is the shunt leakage; if the ammeter indication becomes smaller but not zero, then it indicates that the total line and the shunt line are all leakage.

4.Find out the electric leakage point.

After the above check, then pull open the switch of the line lamp again in turn. When a switch is opened, if the ammeter indication return to zero, the shunt line is leaking electricity. If the ammeter indication becomes smaller, it shows that there is leakage elsewhere except for the shunt line leakage. Or you can use the test pen to do the segmented testing.Reduce the search range one by one, you can find the leakage point.
