As our customer requested, he wanted to setup a batching plant HZS-180 with 4x300T cement silos in a full covered workshop to reduce the emission of dust and noise, and the total height of the workshop is about 16m. Considering the feasibility and with effective installation height, finally our R&D department sort out the layout (approved by our customer) with the height of 13m , the diameter of the silo is 6.2m, and equipped central dust removal system to instead of top dust filter; and the discharge height of mixer is 4m.

While due to the height limited, the truck crane can not do full-open operation, and it took one more week to finish the installation and commissioning. Some photos as follows:
