3. Laboratory construction

For a mixing plant, the role of the laboratory department is irreplaceable. As the core technical department, it is the basic guarantee for the mixing station to carry out the proportioning and test detection. Therefore, the laboratory construction in the mixing station must be paid attention to. Therefore, at the beginning of construction, it is necessary to make reasonable planning and build practical, beautiful and standard sample retention room, curing room, test block production room and mechanical performance room.

4. Management mode update

In order to build concrete mixing in line with the current development trend, the management work in the mixing station must be innovated, and the modes of "people managing people" and "handwritten management" which were inefficient and frequent problems in the mixing station in the past should be abandoned. Through the Internet, big data, Internet of things and other data, combined with the intelligent management system of concrete mixing station, the effect of digital management, intelligent management and scientific management can be achieved.
