Through computer-controlled air cylinders and the open speed of discharge door,the aggregate is discharged into the weighing hopper. When the target value weighing completed,the individual weigher discharge gate is opened by computer order and the aggregate discharges to horizontal belt conveyor,then the aggregate is conveyed to aggregate waiting hopper in mixing tower.

The individual weighing aggregate batcher or accumulative weighing one both ensure the weight accuracy and work stable performance.The computer control system has the functions of short weight compensation,overweight alarm,deduction material and dropping material auto-tracking and automatic correction to ensure the accuracy of concrete recipe.
