Mixing shaft "stuck"

The fault is manifested as the mixing machine having difficulty rotating the mixing shaft or even stopping when mixing the mortar.  

The possible reasons for the analysis are: severe overloading, material hoop shaft. Secondary operation caused by human error. Inaccurate weighing; There is a large gap between the mixing blades or the inner wall of the mixer, and there are foreign objects entering and sticking between them. The voltage is too low, and the mixing parameters are set incorrectly.  

The method to deal with the malfunction of the concrete mixing station is: if there is severe overload and the material is clamped on the shaft, the mixing capacity should be adjusted, and the solidified mortar should be cleaned in a timely manner; If secondary feeding is caused by human error, excess materials should be removed and operated according to the process flow; If the weighing is not accurate, require the operator to re scale; If there are foreign objects stuck between the mixing blades and the side blades and the inner arm of the mixer, the gap between the blades and the lining plate should be adjusted to not exceed 5mm, and the foreign objects should be cleaned in a timely manner; If the voltage is too low, recheck the circuit voltage; If the parameter setting is incorrect, the corresponding ingredient data should be carefully checked and corrected in a timely manner.

The unloading door of the host cannot be opened

The fault is manifested as when the mixing station is automatically working, the unloading door of the main machine cannot be opened, and the unloading indicator light does not light up after the mixing is completed.  

The possible reasons for the analysis may include: foreign objects or accumulation between the discharge door and the sealing plate, insufficient pressure in the air circuit system, leakage in the cylinder or insufficient pressure in the air circuit system, leakage in the cylinder or damage to the oil mist eliminator, detachment, virtual connection, or relay damage between the solenoid valve and relay, burning of the solenoid valve coil, sticking of the coupling valve core, and damage to the time relay, resulting in no normal input signal to the PLC.

The method to deal with the malfunction of the concrete mixing station is: if there are foreign objects or accumulated materials between the discharge door and the sealing plate, the foreign objects and accumulated materials should be cleaned and the discharge door should be flushed; If the pressure of the air circuit system is insufficient, there is leakage in the cylinder, or the oil mist atomizer is damaged, the oil mist atomizer, joints, cylinders, and other parts should be checked for damage; If the wiring between the solenoid valve and the relay falls off, has virtual connections, or the relay is damaged, the relay contact output and wiring should be checked, and replaced if necessary; If the solenoid valve coil is burnt or the valve core is stuck, the solenoid valve should be replaced; If the time relay is damaged, it should be replaced.
