(1)everyday the computer should be switched on/off by the normal process ,if outage,should switch off the computer in time

(2)Every day it need to check the operating system of ready mixed conrete batching plant whether there is alarm record and load cell signal is normal before the plant startup.

(3)Everyday should confirm there is no people on the plant before running plant .

(4)Often check the wear patterns of the moving parts on the belt conveyor ,changed if need .When a small area is damaged, it should be repaired in time to avoid the rapid enlargement of the damaged surface.

(5)After each shift finished ,let out the water in the storage tank (if wet weather ,should let out water 4working hours a time）,inspect the safety valve on the air compressor at least one time each year ,regularly check the three connector’s oil level and oiling .

(6)Every day finished operating,clear out the powder inside the screw conveyor ;every week check the outlet of screw conveyor and hanger bearing ,such as node crusty need to clean immediately. ( if more than 24 hours without running ,pls turn off the butterfly valve of silo and clear out the cement inside the screw conveyor )

(7)If finished the feeding powder from silo .should turn on the vibrator after 5mins,but no more than 1mins about vibrator working , the time of feeding material is no more than 1 hour for one time ;check the filter elements of dust removal,  clogging of the filter element agglomeration more than 50% should be removed for cleaning

(8)If the additive pump or water pump is a centrifugal pump,should assure that there is water or add water inside pump .avoid idling and burn pump motor ,When using the submersible pump, the liquid submerged pump should be guaranteed.

(9)when the machine is welded, the welding line and the welding position should be closed to the welding position,in order to avoid the load cell and the sensitive device be broken down. (such as in the proximity of the load cell, should remove the load cell before welding )

(10) if mixing the dry material ,just can mixing the rated capacity blew 50%,

(11)If the site of ready mixed concrete mixing plant requires external lighting equipment or external power equipment ,it should supply from the head gate electric and power directly and it is strictly prohibited to contact the power source inside of plant ,(due to a variety of equipment with electric DC12V DC24V AC220V AC380V to prevent wrong connection burn out components.)
