Compared HLS Aggregate Weighing system with HZS Aggregate Weighing System, it save four parts, and HLS is directly vertical discharging aggregate weighing,then it save weighing time and improve production efficiency.

When using 90m3/h concrete batching plant,there are some notes we should take care.In the following are common faults and trouble shooting.

Common faults

1.Discharge door running poor

2.Concrete mixer tripping operation

3.Concrete machine abnormal sound, result in concrete machine mixer can not run normally, directly affect the efficiency of machine mixer.

Trouble shooting

1.Replace the same type of proximity switch. Hydraulic unit: the hydraulic station lack of hydraulic oil, add hydraulic oil, and adjust the pressure; check the discharge gate around the accumulation of material, should be promptly cleaned

2.Timely adjustment of the transmission belt tension; timely adjustment of the mixing blade gap, replace the mixing blade; should have emergency treatment program.

3.Timely check whether the protective cover loose, bearing with problems or not; check whether the oil follow-up; protection ring A / B with or without friction.
