1. Engineering vehicle cleaning

A car washing machine is set at the gate of the mixing plant to wash the incoming and outgoing vehicles 360 degrees from the side, top and bottom without dead angle, so as to ensure the cleanliness of the incoming and outgoing vehicles, avoid the pollution to the road surface, and prevent the dust pollution caused by vehicle driving.

2. Dust removal of powder

The main tower of the mixing plant adopts the impulse dust collector. with a dust removal effect of up to 99.9%, and the pulse back blowing purification effect is excellent.

3. Spray to suppress dust

In the concrete mixing plant, the stockyard is the place where dust is most likely to occur. The stockyard shall be encapsulated as a whole to completely isolate the dust and prevent its diffusion to the surrounding environment. At the same time, the stockyard atomization spray is configured to atomize the purified and filtered water under high pressure to effectively adsorb the dust suspended in the air during movement, so as to inhibit the dust diffusion.

4. Sand and gravel resource recovery

The residual concrete and water are sent into the sand and gravel separator, and the residual concrete is fully cleaned. After the separation of sand and gravel, they fall into the stockyard through their respective discharge ports, which fully meets the industrial standard of recycling.

5. Implement zero discharge of sewage

Use the sewage zero discharge system. The sewage recycling equipment specially developed for the mixing plant is used to precipitate the sewage into clean water, so as to achieve sewage recycling and reuse, and truly realize 100% zero discharge of sewage.
