When the commissioning of the equipment is normal and then the production can be made.

The following is How to eliminate the problem that the transition hopper of ready mix concrete batching plant doesn't feed.

1. In the ready mix concrete batching plant production process, If the transition hopper does not unload the material into the mixer.

Check whether the fly ash weighing system, cement weighing system, admixture weighing system, water weighing system is already weighed in place, whether the the limit switch of transition hopper is detected in place, whether the discharge door of mixer of ready mix concrete batching plant is closed in place.

2. It is unable to detect the closing signal when the discharge door of transition hopper  open and then closed.

First try to manually open the door, if not yet should check whether the limit switch and the line is broken or not, whether there is peculiar smell or loose phenomenon, whether the aggregate stick to the discharge door, or the adjusting bolt of the door is loose, and not adjusted in place.

3. Check whether there is material or not in the mixer of ready mix concrete batching plant

If it haven't discharged, you can press discharge button to discharge when mixing time is up.
