Excellent product quality is a long-lasting guarantee of concrete batching plant, regular and correct maintenance is the continuation of the excellent performance of equipment. So what exactly is the equipment maintenance to optimize the performance of the components?

The Weighing System

The weighing device of the concrete batching plant should meet the requirements, so that the error is within the allowable range to ensure that the quality of concrete products.

Mixing System

The mixing system is the core part of the concrete batching plant, its work performance directly affects the production efficiency and quality of concrete, so the correct and regular maintenance is extremely important.

1.Each work shift should clean the stirring shaft, stirring leaves, and thoroughly rinse the binding materials in the mixing tank to prevent the caking and holding shaft.

2.The gap between the stirring blade and the liner should be adjusted regularly to extend the service life of the stirring blade and liner (the gap between the blade and the liner should be kept within 5mm, and the blade should be rotated to the highest level of the liner to adjust).

3.For gearbox of the mixer, you should pay attention to refueling and oil change, when the mixer is in the state of shutdown, the oil level should be in the middle position, that is, red line position. Normally the gear oil brand used should according to the requirement which is shown on the nameplate of the reducer (generally it is N100-N200 middle-duty industrial gear oil), the oil should be changed after 200 hours working for the new machine, and then change it after each 1500 hours working.

4.Besides you should often check whether the reducer is running smooth and whether there is any noise or abnormal sound. Refueling/venting mouth can not breathe will cause the gearbox to leak

5. The shaft end main seal parts of the mixer need to be refueled each time before starting the mixer or on a regular basis accordingly to ensure long-term normal operation of the oil seal structure.

6.When checking the triangle belt of the mixer, the belt should be no cuff and no cracks, should be tension without relaxation( press the middle of the belt with your fingers, and impose a vertical pressure of 10 kg,the belt deformation should not exceed 20mm).

Dust Removal System

The dust removal of the concrete batching plant is particularly important. The accumulation of dust brings great inconvenience to the maintenance and repair of the concrete batching plant. The performance of all the equipment is reduced, the life is shortened and the lubrication is damaged. Therefore, the dust removal system needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly.

1.Each work shift needs to check the air filter water collection situation, it should be discharged if there is a lot of water; Clean the connection pipe between the dust collector and the powder scale, and the connection pipe between the mixer and the dust collector.

2.After 500 working hours, add 5-10ml 2 # lithium base grease to the lubrication points at both open door shaft ends of the dust collector;  Clean up the filter bag, if using hot water in the North, it should be cleaned up after every 300 working hours.

3. The filter element should be removed every month to check and clean, timely replace if it is damaged.
