Before starting up the sabilized soil mixing plant: please do all checks as bellow:

1. Check whether all bolts are fastened, especially the mixing blade in the twin shaft continuous mixer and the vibrator blade of each hopper.

2.Check whether there is any missing place for the belt roller and whether the rotation position is fully lubricated. Each bearing of the mixer is lubricated once every four hours, and the rest of the place is lubricated once every three days to a week.

3. Whether there is leakage or damage to cables and wires. Generally, the subbase soil continuous mixing plant will be shut down every week to check whether the screws of electrical parts are fastened and whether the cables are damaged. All electrical and control cabinets shall be firmly grounded. The general depth of the ground wire shall be at least 1.5m to 2m. The frequency converter is recommended to be grounded separately. When grounding, salt water can be poured at the ground wire to enhance the grounding effect.

4. Check whether each feeding belt deviates. Whether the feeding door of the feeding hopper is stuck and whether the valve of the cement silo is opened. If it is closed, it shall be opened before starting. Generally, one side of the cement silo door shall be opened at least 20 cm, that is, the cement door shall be opened 40 cm.

5. Check whether the material is sufficient and whether the water is unblocked. If there is an air circuit, check whether the air compressor works normally and whether the discharge door opens and closes smoothly.
