When the concrete mixing plant works, it must ensure that the electrical system can keep up with the work flow. Therefore, the performance requirements of the electrical system are also very high. What are the specific requirements? I will introduce them below.  

1. During the production of the concrete batching plant, the entire work flow of the electrical control system is required to be able to realize automatic control, that is, the entire process can be completed without too many management personnel on the production site of the concrete batching plant;  

2. When the weighing system of the concrete mixing plant is provided with zero adjustment output, the electrical control system can automatically remove the tare weight and correct the drop. For the weighing of single material, it should have the function of deduction and compensation, which can more effectively control the measurement accuracy, and there should be a light alarm device;  

3. It is required that the electrical control system can realize convenient input and operation, and can accurately adjust and modify the set value of each material; The electrical control system must have perfect self-locking and interlocking functions to ensure accurate and reliable operation of the system. For common faults, the electrical control system must have fault detection and alarm functions;  

4. The concrete mixing machine sometimes needs to work during night, so there will be some lighting. Of course, the lighting is also part of the electrical control system, so the electrical control system should ensure the flexible control of the lighting.  

The performance of the electrical control system in the concrete mixing machine can reach the above points, which indicates that the performance is very good.
