About the environmental protection of concrete mixing plant, it is first required to produce green concrete. At the same time, various emissions (gas, liquid and solid) and noise in the production process shall meet the national standards. The environmental protection standard of concrete mixing plant shall be reflected from the following six aspects:

(1) The meaning of producing green concrete includes the use of bulk cement (China can save more than 3 million meters of bagged wood and more than 4 million tons of cement every year) and various admixtures (such as pulverized coal, mineral admixtures, admixtures, etc.), which requires that the concrete mixing plant (tower) should be equipped with corresponding devices and institutions to adapt to it;


(2) It can produce high-performance concrete. High performance concrete contains high strength, high durability and high work-ability. This requires good adaptability and reliability of stations, vehicles and pumps in concrete machinery;


(3) The concrete production site shall create green, environmental protection and civilized conditions, and create a garden style unit with a greening rate of more than 35%;


(4) Dust emission.Fully enclosed silo is used at the largest stockyard and batching device, and high-precision dust collector shall be installed on the mixer;


(5) Recycling use the aggregates, which cleaned from the mixer truck, trailing concrete pump, truck mounted concrete pump and concrete mixing plant (tower) , and the washing water can also be recycled or reused after re- neutralization treatment, so as to achieve zero discharge of highly alkaline water;


(6) Concrete pump and boom pump truck are the most common noise of concrete machinery. First, the noise of the engine itself; The second is the noise when reversing the concrete distribution valve; The third is the pressure impact of the hydraulic system. The compound noise of the above is the main influencing factor. In order to reduce compound noise, in addition to taking measures to reduce above three noises itself, it is also necessary to reduce the number of commutations, increase the efficiency of concrete suction, improve the continuity of concrete pressure delivery in the pipeline, and prevent pipe blockage, which can significantly reduce noise.
