Three common problems in ready mix concrete batching plant

Problem 1: The sand and gravel are mixed and the bottom of the material is seriously polluted

In many ready mix concrete batching plants, sand and gravel are mixed, some of which even have no retaining wall, and some of which are stacked higher than the retaining wall, leading to mixing; Some of the sand and gravel outside the retaining wall have been mixed seriously during dumping. When entering the large silo, the materials on both sides are mixed and stacked due to the low baffle; Or the loader keeps loading different materials, and the silo is usually not unloaded completely, leading to another sand and gravel mixing.

Problem 2: Large quantities of cement are not clear, and the signs are not clear

In some concrete batching plants, the cement has not even been reported by the cement manufacturer. Many ready mix concrete has already been loaded with new cement without removing the residual materials in the cement silo, so that there are many different production dates, types, grades and manufacturers of cement in the silo.

In a word, the signboard of the cement silo should have eight signs, including manufacturer, brand, type, level, production date, testing date, batch and testing situation.

Problem 3: The water content of sand is not detected, which has a serious impact

The sand at the upper part of the large sand pile is relatively dry due to evaporation and sinking, and the sand at the lower part is often supersaturated due to the sinking of the upper water. The loader loads and pours the sand from the bottom of the sand pile into the mixer, which makes the water content in the mix ratio easy to increase, resulting in a large increase in the water cement ratio.

In order to accurately measure the actual water content of the sand and stone, it should be measured at the feeding port of the mixer. At the same time, make the sand and gravel yard into a backward drainage slope to ensure that the water content of the upper and lower parts of the sand and gravel in front is close.
