1. Vertical type ready mix batching plant : the materials to be processed by its equipment are lifted at one time, and then they need to fall by self weight to each process to be processed. The advantages are high efficiency, small floor area, and easy to use and implement automatic equipment. The disadvantage of vertical concrete batching plant is that the structure of its equipment is too complex, so the manufacturing cost will be greatly increased during production, and it is very difficult to install.

2. Horizontal type engineering concrete mixing plant: generally, the material should be promoted twice, that is, the materials are first lifted to the storage hopper of the equipment, and then the materials are weighed and transferred to the mixer according to the needs of processing. Because this form of concrete batching plant has the advantages of simple structure, less investment and small building height, it is generally used in the project of small concrete batching plant. The disadvantage of the equipment is that the materials need to be secondary upgraded, which will make the production efficiency of the equipment low and the automation degree of the horizontal concrete batching plant low. generally used in small and medium-sized cities.

3. Mobile type concrete batching plant: a way to install a series of devices such as loading, storage, mixing and unloading on one base. The mobile concrete batching plant has the advantages of compact structure, easy handling, and can also be operated directly on the site, so as to reduce the conveying distance of concrete, which effectively saves the effective economic cost. Some small and medium-sized projects or maintenance projects can be selected and used.
