Process flow and characteristics of concrete mixing plant 2021-09-14 11:21:48

Most mixing plants in the market are discontinuous concrete mixing plants. The process flow is as follows: Automatic to dose/prepare the raw materials as the mixing design, and  put into the twin-shaft mixer for batching, then unload the concrete into the truck mixer.


1、 Technological process of concrete mixing plants


1) After starting production, each raw material starts the uniform batching process according to its distance from the mixer inlet and reaches the mixer synchronously;


2) All materials enter the mixer inlet evenly in proportion;


3) The mixer pushes the material forward while rotating and mixing, and the material becomes finished product from the inlet to the outlet.


4) After the production reaches the preset volume, all materials shall be stopped in sequence according to the distance from the mixer inlet.


5) From the start of production to the end of production, batching, mixing / propulsion and discharging are carried out continuously.


2、 Characteristics of concrete mixing plants



1) The main machine works stably: raw materials enter the twin-shaft mixer evenly in a relatively long period of time. Non intermittent sudden feeding process.


2) Stable loading of finished products: the concrete is evenly loaded in a long period of time without intermittent sudden unloading process.


3) Less space occupation: the large finished product bucket and aggregate storage bucket are reduced, with low height and small floor area.


4) Low wear of wear-resistant parts: no impact, stable mixing and less mixing at the same time.


5) Low energy consumption: the installed power is small, the mixing amount is small, and a small amount of raw materials can easily be mixed evenly into the twin-shaft mixer.
