What are the requirements of the stabilized soil mixing plant for the required raw materials?
Cement stabilized soil can be applied to the base and subbase layers of highways at all levels. When cement stabilized medium-grained soil and coarse-grained soil are used as base layers, the cement dosage should not exceed 6%. If necessary, firstly improve the gradation of aggregates and then stabilize them with cement. Here we come to understand the soil requirements of the stable soil mixing plant:
The general requirement for soil in a stabilized soil mixing plant is that it is easy to crush, meets certain gradation, and is convenient for roller compaction. The soil used for the cement stabilization layer in expressway engineering is usually divided into the following three types according to the size and composition of the particles (including crushed stone, gravel, sand particles, excluding soil blocks and soil lumps) in the soil :
1.Fine-grained soil: The maximum particle size of the particles is less than 9.5mm, and the content of particles smaller than 2.36mm is not less than 90% (such as various clayey soils, silty soils, sandy soils, sands, and stone chips, etc.with different plasticity indexes).
2.Medium-grained soil: The maximum particle size of the particles is less than 26.5mm, and the content of particles smaller than 19.0mm is not less than 90% (such as sand gravel, gravelly soil, graded gravel, graded crushed stone, etc.).
3.Coarse soil: The maximum particle size of the particles is less than 37.5mm, and the content of particles smaller than 31.5mm is not less than 90% (sand gravel, gravelly soil, graded gravel, graded crushed stone, etc.).
The above is the requirement of stabilized soil mixing plant for soil. If there are any questions, please consult us at any time. We will answer for everyone one by one!
