Stabilized soil mixing plant is a kind of high-quality construction equipment, the high performance are recognized by most users.But there are some matters need attention when starting up it, today we Xindaplant would like to give you a detail description:

(1).Open the main power supply, the main power button is connected and the power indicator light is on.Ring the bell to remind the surrounding people to stay away from the equipment, usually before starting up, people should be two meters away from the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to stand below  the flat belt conveyor or inclined belt conveyor .Pay special attention to check whether anyone on or in the mixer and the flat belt. If someone,it is forbidden to start up.

(2). Open all the shunt power switches except the frequency control switch, open the computer monitor , the computer host and the signal conditioner power, when the company appears on the computer, press any key (normally the space key) on the keyboard to enter the device running program interface.Press the frequency converter control button to the "off" and turn on the feed belt power of each frequency control.Turn on the power of the screw conveyor and the water conversion controller of the cement silo.Observe whether the voltmeter is normal 380V±5%.Press the general start button.Start the air compressor to meet the pressure requirement.

(3).When adding water, you can rotate the water frequency control knob to adjust the amount of water.It is strictly forbidden to use forklifts, excavators or others to feed materials directly.The big stones in the aggregate bins should be cleaned in time.

(4).Start up order: inclined belt conveyor -- mixer -- flat belt conveyor -- turn the four frequency conversion control feeding belt conveyor, cement frequency conversion screw (if it is automatic, press F1 key), open the water pump when the materials are sent to the corner of the flat belt conveyor. Shut down order : stop the material and water first, then turn off the power supply in turn, and then turn off the computer, signal conditioner and computer monitor.

(5).Check whether there are rollers not running during normal discharging, and replace or repair in time if found abnormal.When there is a personal safety issue, press the emergency stop.Normally not to press the emergency stop, because if there is material on the belt, it will cause the backslide and block the industrial concrete mixer.

(6).If the mixer accidentally trips, the mixer must be cleaned out and reactivated, it should not be started when there is material in it.

(7).When the aggregate dropping is not enough, the speed of the belt is too fast, the aggregate will be easy to be dumped , now you can turn the hopper door a little bigger.When the aggregate dropping is excessive , the speed of the belt is too slow, now you can turn the door down a little bit .If it is automatic, and the belt is running too fast due to empty aggregate, press the F1 key  twice time.Use the vibrators as little as possible.The vibrator can't be pressed for long. It is strictly forbidden to press the vibrator when the discharging door is closed or long press the vibrator when there is empty aggregate.
