The aggregate is discharged into the aggregate measuring hopper by the discharging door of the batcher of the concrete plant, and the weighing system automatically weighs all kinds of materials required for single mixing according to the value set on the control computer. After the measurement is completed, the material is discharged onto the running belt, then sent to the transition hopper in the upper part of the mixer by the belt conveyor, waiting for the next action. At the same time as the aggregate weighing and conveying, the cement powder is transported by the screw conveyor to the measuring hopper for weighing. Water pump is used to pump the water from the reservoir to the weighing hopper, and the additive also has a special pumping device.

The weighing of all materials is automatically operated by the operation of the control system. After all materials are weighed, the control system issues instructions to feed the concrete mixer in the order specified, and then the concrete mixer starts to stir and mix the materials. After the set mixing time  is reached, the material is mixed evenly to form concrete. Then open the mixer discharge door and discharge the concrete into the concrete truck which is waiting to be picked up. Then you can start the next work cycle.
