How to improve the production efficiency of ready-mixed concrete batching plant to meet the needs of construction engineering?

Feeding time, mixing time and discharging time are the three time nodes that affect the production efficiency of concrete batching plant.

1.The user shall regularly check the butterfly valve and relevant electrical components during use to ensure smooth operation of the mechanism, smooth connection between the powder hopper and the mixer and normal feeding time;

2.The user shall check the integrity of the blade and lining plate inside the mixer, the position and time period of raw material delivery, and whether there is shaft holding phenomenon, which affects the mixing effect and time;

3.Generally, increase the capacity of the concrete discharge hopper or design the discharge hopper as concrete holding hopper to reduce the discharge time.

4. The user shall provide enough transport vehicles according to the production capacity of batching plant and transportation distance, so as to avoid that the ready-mixed concrete cannot be transported in time and affect the progress of the project.
