1).Items to be inspected before each use of concrete mixer:

a.Check to see whether the mixer is stable.

b.Check whether the connecting bolts on the mixing blades and supporting arms are firm.

c.Check whether the connecting bolts on the loading rack are fastened.

d.Whether the pump draws water is sufficient, and whether the pipe line is clear.

2).Items to be inspected after each use of concrete mixer:

a.Clean the mixer tank inside and outside, discharge door, ash on hopper, and rinse with water.

b.Cut off the power supply and lock the electrical control box.

c.Add the necessary lubricating oil (grease) to each lubricating point as appropriate.

d.The water supply system should be fully drained.

3). Items to be inspected every week:

a.Check the oil level of the gearbox, the oil quantity of the oil pump, check the conditions of each lubrication position, and add lubricating oil in time if necessary.

b.The water supply device should be kept clean, so as not to clog up and clean the suction valve.

c.Check whether the rocker arm of the travel switch is loose. Adjust it if it is loose.

d.Check whether the connecting bolts of the mixing blades and the supporting arms are loose and adjust as appropriate, and the clearance between the blades and the tank wall shall be 5mm and be tightened as necessary.

e.Check the contact condition of the contactor in the electrical box.

f.Check the shaft end seal, make necessary adjustment, repair and replacement.

4). Items to be inspected regularly for concrete mixer:

a.Check the water pump and throttle valve for leakage.

b.Check the open gear for lubricating oil and adjust the belt tension.

c.Check the abrasion of the blades and liners, and replace it as appropriate.
