What basic elements should be paid attention to concrete mixing plant management?

1. Equipment. Concrete is made of cement, sand, admixtures, water, fly ash and so on mixed in a certain mixing design. These raw materials are relatively hard, and the equipment will be worn after long-term operation. Therefore, the equipment needs to be maintained regularly.

2. Driver management. It is necessary to manage and track the driver's transportation work on a daily basis. Ensure that the driver will transport the concrete to the construction site on time in strict accordance with the requirements of the construction party.

3. Production scheduling. When the production department issues the production plan, it needs to coordinate with the laboratory to work out the mixing design as soon as possible, and coordinate with the dispatching center to arrange vehicle loading, transportation and unloading. The links are closely linked.

4. Internal process management. The whole process from receiving the order from the production department to making production plan, formulate the mixing design, concrete production and vehicle scheduling shall be smooth to avoid the delay of the project construction period due to process problems.

5. Risk prevention. That is, proportioning quality prevention, raw material transportation prevention, traffic accident prevention and financial risk prevention.
