A.Water supply system winter maintenance instructions

1.The water pump should be lubricated regularly as required;

2.When the water pump stops operation for a long time, the water in the pipe should be cleaned.If the shut-off valve is installed, pay special attention to empty the water in the shut-off valve;

3.In winter, it is necessary to ensure the normal flow of water in the pipe, and the heat preservation pipes can be added to prevent freezing;

4.Check the joint of the water supply line regularly, because the joint is easy to accumulate water.

5.If the pump freezes and catches the blade and the motor is blocked, please turn off the pump power immediately, and use the hot water to water the water pump to heat the casing until the motor shaft can freely move. Do not forcibly open the pump to avoid damage to the components.

B.Gas supply system winter maintenance instructions

1.Condensate discharge:

Condensate discharge involves the entire pneumatic system, from air compressors, air storage tanks, piping systems and air filters and automatic drains. At the end of the operation, the condensate should be drained to prevent the condensate from freezing when the night temperature is below zero. Due to the temperature drop in the pipeline at night, the condensed water will be further precipitated. Therefore, the pneumatic device should also discharge the condensate before the daily operation. Check whether the automatic drainer is working properly and there should be no excess water in the water cup.

2.Check the lubricant:

1).When the pneumatic device is running, check whether the oil drop of the oil mister meets the requirements, and whether the oil color is normal, that is, the oil should not be mixed with dust and moisture;

2).It is best to replenish the oil once a week: pay attention to the reduction of oil when replenishing the oil. If the oil consumption is too small, the amount of oil should be re-adjusted; if the adjusted oil quantity is still low or no oil is dripping, check whether the oil mist inlet and outlet are reversed and the pipeline is blocked. To find out if the amount of lubricant is moderate, put a clean white paper near the exhaust port of the reversing valve. After three to four cycles of operation, if there is only a very light spot on the white paper. , indicating good lubrication and suitable oil mist content.

3.Air compressor maintenance:

1).Air leak check, check for air leaks;

2).Whether the motor triangle drive belt is loose or aging;

3).Pay special attention to the replenishment of the oil in the crankcase of the air compressor. The oil should not be lower than the lower limit of the sight glass, and add or replace the oil that meets the viscosity of winter use according to the nameplate of the air compressor.

C.Winter maintenance instructions for additive systems

1.Due to the cold weather, pay attention to the heat preservation of the pipeline and

the insulation of the additive tank to prevent the additive from freezing, which brings inconvenience to the production;

2.If the construction is not carried out for a long time in winter, the additive in the additive line should be released to prevent freezing or corrosion of the pipeline;

3.If the concrete mixing plant has not been operated for a long time, before the operation, the additive in the additive tank should be circulated with the additive pump, and evenly mix the additive to prevent it from segregating;

4.Regularly maintain the additive pump and regularly lubricate it; if it is not used for a long time, clean the additive of the additive pump to prevent freezing and corrosion of the additive pump;

5.Check the joints of the additive line regularly because it is easy to accumulate additives.

D.Concrete mixer winter maintenance instructions

1.Concrete mixer use environmental conditions

Working temperature: 1 ~ 40 °C

Humidity: 90%

Working altitude: ≤2000m

2.Winter boot operation

1)In the winter, the mixer should have a heating device at the working place. Keep the room temperature above 0 °C as much as possible, and the mixer must be left unloaded for at least 30 minutes before starting work.

2)If the ambient temperature is below the standard, a heated blower must be used to additionally heat the driving device from the outside.

3.Storage

1)The storage location of the concrete mixer should preferably be in a building with moderate heating, and should have safety protection measures to ensure no mechanical vibration, shaking, dust, moisture, and chemical corrosion. The lower temperature limit is not lower than -30 ℃, and it has the conditions of laying the base surface and other conditions.

2)Avoid unprotected storage in the open air. If it is unavoidable, take appropriate measures to protect it: only for short-term storage;
